Here are some of our most commonly asked questions about ordering and product support. Will my existing
keys fit my new locks? Yes. If you are already using the Model #1525 key-controlled lock, all you have to do is specify which system (V? or F?) you are currently using. What if I received
my locks but no chart? Master Lock frequently ships charts and keys separately from the locks for security reasons. However, when you receive your shipment, immediately check all boxes to make sure it’s not included. Then wait at least 3 days for a separate package. If still not received, call Southeast Supply at 1-888-590-5625 to get a replacement chart. What if I have
locks but have lost the combinations? Due to increased security concerns, Southeast Supply can no longer provide combinations in response to phone, fax, or e-mail inquiries. Please give us a call to obtain a "Lost Combination Form". The form should be completed and mailed to: Southeast Supply Company PO Box 10125 Charlotte, NC 28212
We will forward the form to Master Lock and they can provide the missing combination at a cost of $.75 per combination

When can I expect
to receive my locks after I order? During the “Hot Season” (May – September) there is approximately 4-5 weeks lead time on all new orders. Otherwise, you can expect to receive them within 2-3 weeks. How much is
Shipping and Handling? Shipping charges vary by order size. For under 150 locks you can expect the shipping and handling charges to be in the range of $10 to $35. Shipping will be determined based on the weight of your order and method of shipment. What can I do
about damaged or defective locks? Locker locks are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for five (5) years from the date of purchase. If a mechanical defect occurs within the five (5) year time frame, it will be replaced at no charge. Call Southeast Supply to obtain a "Defect Return Form”, complete the instructions, and mail to: Master Lock Company Attn: Return Goods 2600 North 32nd Street Milwaukee, WI 53210 Upon receipt of your defective lock, Master Lock will send you a new lock. Can I get
additional keys for my existing locks? It is possible to obtain keys for your padlock ONLY if you know the key number. The key number is stamped on the original keys provided with your lock(s). If you do not have any original keys and have not recorded the key number anywhere, please contact Southeast Supply Company. How can I get a
catalog showing all choices of school locks? Contact Southeast Supply and we’ll be happy to mail you one. What is the
